Before & After :House Renovations

It's a work in progress. It's fun to see the befores and afters!


This is our foyer. I think it's improved with the deep burgundy color! Eventually that window on the stairway will be an original stained glass window by my hubby! My dad bought that bench for us at the big annual Antique fest in Bouckville NY last summer, as a house-warming gift. It's perfect in this space.







This is our family room. Notice the brand new windows my hubby put! Eventually we plan to paint this door, and replace the closet doors with new white paneled doors. This room is super long, and hard to photograph. This is only one end.






This is the formal living room/ dining room. We've painted, and although you can't see in this picture, Joe and his friend Larry replaced all the trim with new 5 inch trim around the entire room (baseboards, and windows)








You can see the new dining room table in this pic. It fits the space much better than the small oak pedestal table. The oak table will become the kitchen table.
