I love your jewelry. I have been reading your blog, but I decided to leave a comment today. You are really talented. I am a beginner, so I look to others for inspiration. I am really looking forward to your tutorials. I also need to stop procrastinating and purchase one of your pieces.
I was looking at the beadage jewelry gallery and I came across your beautiful pieces. I liked your designs, so I have been reading your blog ever since. I am one of those lurkers that never leave a comment, but I decided to come out of my shell!!!
Oh! Cool! Well I am so glad you decided to comment! I love meeting new friends, and I hope you'll continue to comment on a regular basis! Sometimes I wonder how many people are actually reading, and I worry that I'm not keeping it "interesting" enough. So any and all feedback is much appreciated!
Lorelei, Your blog is always interesting and I too am a lurker. But I just wanted to tell you how much I love your bracelets you posted. Very cool. Would you mind sharing where you got the chain for the first one? And while I'm at it, how long is the bracelet? I really like it, but like my bracelets loose. Anyway, keep it up! You have great stuff!
Actually it's the one listed at Etsy called "Kalamata". Lampwork beads with oval and round chain. I especailly like the dangle with that bullseye looking bead. Anyway, that's the one.
Hi Carlene, Oh ok, sure! That chain can be found at both Michael's or AC Moore. Both the round link and oval link chain. I think I might have gotten mine at AC Moore. But I know they carry this line at both shops.
Thanks Lorelei, I'll check out our Michaels on my way home tonight:) I don't usually bead shop there, but maybe I should! And I loved that video you had the other day from Iron and Wine. I might have to go to Itunes and download that. Was the rest of the CD as good?
The whole CD is really great. I love it and can't seem to listen to anything else lately! You should definitely get the whole thing. The song Boy with a Coin is on one of their older cds. But ALL of their discs are excellent.
I like the first two but the bracelet with the blue and orange beads is just fabulous! Love the combination of shapes together - a real winner!
ReplyDeleteHey Lib!
