Joe is away again. A 4 day canoe/camping trip with a friend from college. He left yesterday. Yesterday was a tough day for me. I could not seem to shake this weird anxiety. I don't remember a time when I cried so hard for so long. I'm not quite sure why I feel this way. Still a bit blue today.
Thursday seems like a long way away....

Hopefully a happier post tomorrow.

  1. Sometimes it happens that way. Just remember - you're not alone! We're all out here with you. Hope you feel better soon.

  4. Sorry to hear you're not feeling like yourself! Sometimes I feel like that too when my husband goes away. It's hard coming home to a empty house with no one to keep you company during the week nights, but you do have your cat!
On the bright side, sometimes I like it when he's away for a few days. No one to clean up after, no one to cook for and I can watch that chick flick I've been meaning to watch!

My leaves are on there way to you! I sent them out today. Hopefully those will cheer you up!

  6. Hey girl - I'll send the two kids your way to keep you company! You won't have a sad moment at all - they'll keep you in stitches when you're not pulling your hair out.

Today's a new day - one day closer to Thursday. Chin up and sleep in his spot on the bed tonight. Or better yet - sleep diagonally and take up the whole damn bed!

    Hugs to you my dearest!

I'm sorry to have to turn on the word verification here, but I got fed up with spammers comments!
