Love the briolettes. Pretty! I got this great wire-wrapping book for Christmas, it's called Wrapped In Gems by Mai Sato-Flores with Jesse Flores. Check it out. All the designs are organic and nature inspired. They use a lot of briolettes in the designs. Let me know if you'd like to borrow the book. I think you'd like it!
Hi Erin! Oh it sounds awesome! I'd love to borrow it! I could use some inspiration for these beauties. I haven't used a lot of stones in this shape before. I'm a bit at a loss!
It will be really intresting to see what you make! Your so creative. The top ones are Eastery and I see bunnies hopping around! My Jewellerys slow right now but have some projects in the wings...do you spend and spend on beads etc? I sure do!! x
Thanks Gaea! I have only just made some earrings with some of the yellow stones. They are cute. I paired them with some smoky quartz rounds. I like that yellow and gray color combo.
Hi Janet! Yes most of what I make selling jewelry goes right back into buying beads, so yes I am buying beads left and right. I've got quite a collection!! :)
I love your new beads, what are they? It will be so much fun to work with each and everyone of them.
ReplyDeleteooooo, very nice pretties!
ReplyDeleteThe faceted briolettes are Chalcedony.
ReplyDeleteThe green and white long beads are:
Bi Color Agate and
the coins are Red Fossil coral.
Pretty Pretty! Have fun with them - I'm looking forward to seeing what you make with them!
