I bought myself my pleasure and if you ask me I'd get BOTH of those. They are fabulous and it would be hard to choose a favorite. Probably the large bag, love the colors!
aren't they delicious!? I think I'm going to order the bag and then see if DrikaB has any of the zippered pouches that matches it. Although I really do like the birds/moped motif. :)
I believe treating yourself is very important - these are great! I too am debating how to reward my graduation in a few weeks - new bag, jewelry, massage??? It can be hard at times when you mind is telling you to be practical. :-)
Go for it! You have to treat yourself! When I lost weight, I bought myself a new dress and it was great fun! Plus, women deserve new purses all the time:)
I like the moped bag...personally, that's more my taste...For me, the trick is how deeply the "goody" gets stuck in my head...That's how I justified the last 2 pair of shoes that I bought - after a day or so, I still kept coming back to them, so it meant that I MUST have them :o)
How I decide is-- if I go back to the shop, the site, the actual store to purchase-- then I SHOULD get it, after I've had time to consider. I've had too many "ones that got away"-- don't ask! especially with antiques or stuff at flea markets that I'll never find again. Go for it!
lol... i am working!! i just happened to have more then on screen open at a time... and it will be your fault if one of my tutorial reads "form a wire wrapped loop, then buy a cute bag made with fabric by Anna Maria Horner, then add your bead to the loop", LOL
YAY! So I purchased the large tote from DrikaB today. I decided to wait on the zippered pouch. For now. Then I went and blew the rest of my cash at Ornamentea on Elaine Ray goodies and some chain. :)

ReplyDeleteLove the second bag..I think I could justify the first INSIDE the second one. Good idea!
ReplyDeleteOh, there you go - fantastic idea! The first bag INSIDE the second one is perfectly justifiable!
ReplyDeleteIf you want them, then you SHOULD!
ReplyDeleteI save soooooooooo much money by not carrying a purse.

ReplyDeleteNoooo don't blame me for you being distracted by pretty fabric and cool jute webbing!
Go for it Lorelei! The Featured Designer of the Week at ABS should have a fab bag to go with that accolade! Enjoy the day!
