hello, wednesday.

I don't have a lot of time to blog today, so real quickly, here are 2 bracelets that are being listed in the shop this morning.

In other news, I booked our bed and breakfast this morning for a little Anniversary getaway, in Durham New Hampshire. Joe found the cutest B & B online and I fell in love with it right away. We got married the day after Independence Day, and that weekend of course is a hard weekend to get a room, so we decided to go the following weekend. Problem is, they were booked that weekend so we are going up Sunday and coming back Tuesday. Bummer, but at this point, doesn't matter. I'm just glad we are getting away, for a few days at least. I was surprised that the DH agreed to it since yesterday we got some bad news and had to fix one of our cars, and it wasn't inexpensive.

Here are some pictures of the place we are staying.

Looks dreamy huh??
i can't wait!

  1. That's really cute! I know what you mean about having to be flexible on the whole anniversary thing...We had to reschedule our plans for our anniversary trip next year because my hubby couldn't get the time off in February (the month of our anniversary)...So, we are going in January instead...But, the important thing is being able to get away together, after all...

Enjoy your weekend at the B&B!!

  2. Pretty bracelets!

Your trip sounds fun - I know what you mean about expensive car repairs, I got some bad news yesterday too. Trying to figure out what to do - invest more $ into it or have a car payment again. :-(

  3. Durham is well worth the trip. College town, so there's plenty to do. Old and monied, so much of the area is gorgeous. Surrounding towns are gorgeous as well.

Next year plan your getaway for Freeport, then hit Beadin Path. If I didn't constantly have my 2yo in tow I'd head up there all the time!

  4. Your new bracelets are pretty! Oh, your getaway sounds like so much fun! I haven't been to a B&B in so many years...obviously way before kids. Don't know when I'll ever stay in one again either.

  5. I love the bracelets. I need to learn how to add things like leather and ribbon to my designs. I guess I will have to try to find a class somewhere. Everything else I do I just figured out and did it, that one is a little tougher.

I hope you enjoy your little getaway, the B&B looks lovely.

    Have a good one :)
