Now THAT's commitment. BTW, I realized after I posted my last comment about eating bananas that you had said you HATE bananas and as someone who is also not fond of them, but needs the potassium, I had a couple of suggestions:
Banana Nut Bread Chocolate or Fruit Smoothies with the banana flavor "hidden" by the other ingredients.
I don't have time to be out for the count. there is beading to me done. I'm dedicated, what can i say. but really, I'm feeling great, so don'tchoo worry!!
Glad you're back and doing well. Just read the comment about hiding the taste of banana's. If you use them in a smoothie try adding peanut butter, it really picks up the taste.
Yeah. HaHa! Not very funny, L! :P Just kidding!(sort of) :) There are lots of other foods with high potassium, too. Like Tomatoes, Oranges, Cantaloupe, peaches and spinach in particular among others. I have a recipe for a yummy spinach salad with lots of flavor,if you're into salads and spinach, that is! Take Care, Sweetie!
I'm glad to see you haven't fallen under the weight of the stress. Do take care of yourself. But we all know the beading is a good tonic for what ails you.
