Weekly Round Up
I've been taking it easy the past few days. I haven't done a lot of what I normally do on the weekends, cleaning, laundry, household chores. I haven't even really been doing that much in the way of beading but I did finish these two pieces yesterday. Earthy and simple pieces. Today is nasty and rainy so I think I'll probably create a few more things today. I recently picked up a copy of Handcrafted Jewelry (specially issue put out by Interweave Press) AND 101 Wire Earrings by Denise Peck. Both are great- chock full of really cool and inspirational designs. I recommend both of them. I actually had ordered Handcrafted Jewelry from the website but when I went to my local bead shop, Kim had gotten them in and had them for sale. I just couldn't wait! So the extra copy that I'll get, I'll offer up to anyone that might want to buy it from me. It was $7.99.
I'll pay for the shipping. Leave a comment if you want it.

ReplyDeleteOh yes, I would love to buy your extra copy of Handcrafted Jewelry.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I have been wondering where you get your linen cord.
I love the stone necklace. I've been playing with a drill bit, a tub of water, and some stones I picked up a few years ago on a Pacific beach. Reading your blog over the summer has inspired me to get working and use my huge* bead stash.
*relative term because I'm certain others would find my stash tiny
I hope you feel better. I have WPW which is an electrical problem (bad wiring) that can cause extremely rapid heartbeat. I know how frightening a racing heart can feel. Take it easy.
