Yesterday I went home to see my Mom and family for the first time since Christmas. It's not that it's a long drive, just 2.5 hours, I guess I just got caught up in life and work and hadn't really made time to travel down there. I took the "back way" up over the hill to get to my hometown. It's a nice scenic route, with very little traffic. I took a bit of video ... was rocking to the music.

I need to go home more often.  I went down to celebrate a late Mother's Day with Momma, and celebrate an early birthday for me. Did I mention my birthday is Tuesday? It's like my favorite day ever, I wouldn't want you to forget. :D

I might add that this is the nicest picture I have gotten with my Mom, since my wedding in '02!  She's a sweetie my Moms.
