Soup's On!
Thank you for stopping by to check out my Bead Soup!
This is my second time participating in Lori Anderson's Bead Soup Party. We all got paired up with another talent, be it designer or art bead artisan, swapped 1 fancy clasp, a focal, and coordinating beads. My partner this round was Marianna Boylan of Star Girl Jewelry! A total multi-tasker, Marianna designs jewelry, and creates her own beads with lampwork glass, ceramics, textiles, you name it!
Marianna sent me a lovely collection of beads in teals and blues. She sent large Blueberry quartz nuggets, big teardrop shaped Turquoise beads, deep green lampworked lentils that she made, her own handmade ceramic Tree pendant, a strand of dusty blue pearls, and a Bali silver toggle clasp.

I created an asymmetrical design, and added in some of my elements- some wire, matte finish teal glass rounds, and some beautiful coordinating fringy silk ribbon in a bright teal blue. It came together so beautifully and the colors are to die for!
I am so excited to see what Marianna did with the bead soup I sent to her. Click here to see the soup that she received, and make sure to check into Marianna's blog tomorrow, Sunday June 20th to see her finished piece!
And don't forget- there's lots of soups to see TODAY! Here are the Dates and Links...
