Can't believe this photo prop was right in my back yard- literally! Dried up hydrangeas from our trees- were out there the entire winter. I trimmed a few and brought them inside today. Then I designed a necklace that would look pretty with them...
When I first came to your blog, I momentarily thought the heading said "Pretty Poops" and I thought - only Lorelei could make something pretty from poops. In my defense, I have been sick for 2 weeks and on cough medication. LOVE the necklace ... and the prop!
Love!!!! Love the bird and LOVE hydrangeas - they looks like tiny fairy wings all dried up. We have them surrounding the house I can't get enough of them.Of course I am a crazed bird fan as well - Beautiful!
Natural elements always make wonderful props! I love the lacy look of the skeleton-ized hydrangea. The light shines through the petals so wonderfully... perfect pairing for your piece!
So pretty - love your lighting!
ReplyDeleteThey do look pretty together! I always think I need some pretty props, but never quite know what to use.
