Store Closing: Big Cartel

Well after thinking long and hard about it, I've decided to close my Big Cartel jewelry shop! To clear the store, I am offering 40% off with coupon code: CLOSINGSALE
I will be keeping the Tin Snippets store, that is the best for components! But for jewelry, I have better luck at Etsy!

    Hi Lorelei tho I did kind of like the Big cartel I always thought you had a wopping following with Etsy. And anyone can go back into Etsy and see your SOLD items and request an item; whereas the Big Cartel a person cant. So...
    I think this is a great move!

    Yeah, I agree with Janet. It sucks, though, because you're paying Etsy so much more monthly - believe me - I know. It's a catch 22 and a tough one to crack.

    I've got a Big Cartel shop but haven't ever used it. Fact is you have to have a huge customer base separate from Etsy for BC to work.

    Good to know. I was thinking of doing that but I think for now I'll stick with Etsy. Not that I sell that much on there but it is a nice presence to have. They get so much traffic!

    Sad, but the way it is I guess - I love both your shops.
    I've just downgraded my BC to the free option - has been so quiet, like no sales in 4 months its been running :(
    PS. I love my Morocco necklace by the way - I wear it all the time and get lots of compliments - so wonderful! - keep up the gorgeousness! Vicki
