Art Bead Scene Challenge- June

I absolutely LOVE this painting that the Art Bead Scene is featuring as the June Challenge. The gorgeous colors, the composition is interesting, I love all of the elements of this piece and was immediately inspired! I have beads on the way that will end up in a challenge necklace. I haven't submitted work to the ABS in some time. You have probably noticed, I am not longer an editor at ABS. Not because I don't want to be, but I had to step down due to many other obligations that would keep me from being the best editor I can be.  It just became way to hard to keep up with it. No need to dwell on that though. I am still a huge fan of the ABS blog and am kind of happy that I can officially submit work to the challenge again. I put together a collage of art beads that I found on Etsy this morning that could be used in creating your next challenge piece for the month of June. I hope you enjoy these picks! Have a good weekend!

  4. The collage alone is an artistic delight. I wonder if you could submit it? If I had issued the challenge, I'd be all over this image.

  5. What a great selection of components -- so inspiring! I've been loving the June challenge, too; something about this combo, or the theme, or both, got my mojo going again. I can't wait to see what you create!
