There is nothing quite like getting a big ol' box of books on your front step. First time that's ever been the case for me, and I was happy to rip them open immediately. These are my copies to do with what I wish. Maybe gifts for my parents, and sister.  Possibly a blog giveaway down the road.  I may use them as coasters around the house. Decorative items on the mantel.  A challenge for blog readers, to make every project in the book. HA! that's funny. I wouldn't make you do that. But it would be fun.

Such a pretty little book though isn't it? Interweave couldn't have picked a prettier cover!

Yep, I'm pretty psyched.   ALSO, Last night I booked my flight for Bead & Button. I went last year, and it was one of the best times I'd ever had. I can't wait to see all of my friends, hang with Erin, meet new friends, enjoy beady talk and purchase some good beads. It's going to be a blast.  Erin and I will be at Melanie Brooks Earthenwood booth #1227, selling signed copies of the book.

In other news, you'll probably notice some new buttons up there at the top of the side bar. I have my new website now up and running, along with a new Web Store! I created the store with Shopify. Finally decided that I have been paying Etsy far too much of my money. I keep telling myself, that in the long run, it will save me money. I hope I'm right.  But the new shop is fun, and I like how it looks. It's nice looking, and works well and is a shopfront instead of a picture and buy it now button on a blog.  I was finally able to link it up to the website- it was a bit tricky. But I got it done. I'll be slowly moving some of the my etsy listings over to the store. And will be KEEPING my Etsy shop to house a few listings there as well. Spreading the love.  Plan B is going well so far. :)
