Ears to You Blog Hop
When my friend Amy Freeland mentioned on her blog about doing a blog hop and donating earrings to Ears to You, I was immediately on board! What a great cause!! The earrings will go to women who are undergoing treatment for Cancer. And you know about my Aunt Carolyn so this couldn't come at a better time. (She loved the prayer beads I sent her, by the way!!)
So I made 4 pair of earrings to send along to Ears to You. Here they are....
First up a rustic pair with Rubber o rings and petal dots from My Elements, and Brass findings from Vintaj Brass Co. I love the brass cubes on the large jump rings. They add some cool texture and play off the plastic by giving it a more hardware feel.
These are a style that I've done before. Linked jump rings from Vintaj Brass Co. with some Pinocean lampwork spacers on each jump ring. I dangled some copper bird charms at the bottom of each beaded chain. The earwires are copper and are from MissFickleMedia.
I guess I had something for orange this day. These are a new design using some orange waxed linen cording, knotted on lampwork glass discs from Classy Sassy. The etched green lampwork below looks so cool with the sage green discs. I left the ends kind of long and knotted on some copper seed beads at the ends.
And finally these long golden brass earwires from Saki Silver, hold some pretty fantastic lampwork glass beads and Faceted prehnite dangles below each. Destined to be eye-catching and lovely!
Check out the other participants of the blog hop! Enjoy!
