Focusing on Life: Week 5
Seeing hearts where you least expect them! Grabbed my camera to capture this peppery heart, as I was preparing a big meal this week. We are still going strong on our low carb diet and overall so far I have lost about 15 lbs, give or take. My clothes definitely are feeling better and that's a really good sign. Still haven't been able to consistently make it to the gym every day like I wanted. I know I need to make time to go. Make it a priority.
Check out the other Focusing on Life participants, and see where they saw hearts this week!
