East Sandwich, Cape Cod

As you know, I was on a bit of a vacation last week. We have been planning a trip to Cape Cod with Joe's family since around January.  We headed down last Saturday and stayed in a quaint little seaside cottage in East Sandwich, Cape Cod.
Here are some shots from the week- we had a blast hanging out on the beach, enjoying my niece and nephew and just relaxing. Oh and eating. Lots and lots of eating. The seafood there was really amazing. I tried some fried lobstah which was TO.Die.FOR! Can't wait to go back again!

Got to meet up with Florence Sauerbrey of Loupiac for dinner which was amazing! And I got to see her house, studio, office, lots of beads, and got to take a spin in their newly acquired Model A convertible! Oh yea baby! What a fun night, I'll never forget it!

The beach was the place to be, especially during low tide when the sand bar became exposed and the water was nice and shallow.

This was a really cool find, a sand dollar, still alive and gorgeous!!

Seafood from Arnold's in Eastham Mass.

Enjoyed a baseball game while in town too!

  1. What a gorgous place to visit! My mom and dad lived in Cape Cod in their 'before kids' life and mom always wanted to go back and visit but never got the chance. I would love to vacation there!
