Keeping Busy

So sorry for the absence here lately!! I have been jetting around, trying to taking advantage of my own hours. This provides me with the freedom to work when I need to- and enjoy the summer too! Last weekend I drove up to my girl Beth's house for their annual summer bash. Spent 2 nights up at her place and had a blast reminiscing about college days. Beth (middle) and Jodi (left) went to SUNY Potsdam with me for a few years before relocating.  I haven't seen them in probably about 7-8 years! HORRIBLE! I need to try to not let that happen again! We had some good laughs, and I got to meet some new friends at the party too. My only regret, I ran out of business cards and couldn't take any with me to hand out to a few of the ladies at the party. gah.

Got back on Sunday afternoon. Yesterday I took off and went to help my sister unpack as she just rented a new apartment in Saratoga Springs with her husband who just got a new job at Verizon.  Looking forward to another visit soon so that we can actually hang out and enjoy their new city!

Today I was back in the studio and clearly on a bracelet kick.  Made a few things .... and then cooked a killer Almond Crusted Salmon and green bean dinner, and now I'm heading out for a 2+mile walk with my better half.

These are available in my etsy shop.

  3. Such cool bracelets! I especially love the first one. I love the knot work and how cleanly you attached the cord to the focal. And kudos on working on healthy habits with your husband. I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer!
